I’m looking for song lyrics or poetry that addresses someone or is about someone who is trying to break apart a relationship… there isn’t any cheating involved, just someone who is trying to tear a couple apart because of their own envy. Thank you!

  5. It seems like a good portion of the questions on Y/A Marriage and divorce deal with one spouse or another losing interest in having intimate relations. At most weddings I have been to, the bride and groom make a bunch of promises to each other, in front of god, their family, and their friends. They promise to love each other, but that doesn’t preclude them from loving their parents, children, friends, etc. They promise to honor and cherish each other, but again, they are still allowed to honor and cherish others. When you break it down, out of all the things that most people promise in their wedding vows, the only one that REALLY limits your life and relationships after marriage is promising to be faithful. If being faithful to your spouse is that important, that leads me to believe that most people enter marriage with the assumption that if they are promising to be faithful to one person for the rest of their lives, they are expecting to have an intimate relationship with that person for the rest of their lives. That being said, if one spouse or another has decided that they are not interested in *** anymore, or are only interested in grudgingly “giving it up” every couple of months (ie: They do it sometimes, but are obviously not into it.) , is that persion failing to live up to the the vows that they made? I’m not saying that both partners always need to have *** if one partner wants to, but if most of the time onne person says “no”, to the point that it starts to take a toll on the relationship, is that partner at fault for not holding up that end of the bargain? I know that life gets in the way sometimes. Work is stressful, the kids are a difficult, you both are tired. I have never been to a wedding where the couple swore that they would “take the kids to soccer, dance class, and school.” . I have never been to a wedding where the couple swore that they would work long hours, or watch 3 hours of TV a night. Assuming that there is not a medical reason for not being intimate, the rest of those things are just excuses. I have been procrastinating for 34 years now, and i can tell you with an almost total confidence that most things that we do every day can be put off until tomorrow. You spouse if supposed to be number one in your life. If you are not making time for them, it seems to me like you are not living up to your promise. Comments? Just wanted to add, this one is not just aimed at the ladies. A couple that we are friends with has the opposite problem. He is not interested, and every once in a while when we are out with them, she has a drink or two and starts giving him crap about it. I always appreciate the irony when that happens. An no, he isn’t having an affair, or at least I really don’t think so. He just isn’t very interested physically. battistin asked: Share and Enjoy: ...
